「ホテル日航奈良」では、県産のいちごを存分に味わえる「奈良のいちごフェア」を5月6日まで開催しています。毎年ご好評いただく本フェアでは、県のブランドいちご「古都華」を使った3種類の「古都華パフェ」をご用意。デラックス、スーパーデラックスとグレードアップするほど使用するいちごの量が増えるうえ、「アスカルビー」「ならあかり」といった別品種のいちごも食べ比べていただけます。また本年は新たにショートケーキ「古都華の上のスワン」が登場。純白のスワンチョコレートが華やぎを添える、シンプルでありながら古都華の濃厚な甘みを楽しめる一皿です。ホテル3階、ロビーラウンジ「ファウンテン」でお待ちしております。

◇◆チャモロの精神を感じる旅 / The spirit of the CHamoru people◆◇
日本から気軽に訪れることができるグアムには、先住民・チャモロ族が育んできた「チャモロ文化」が根付いていることをご存知でしょうか。
　
1521年3月のマゼラン上陸以降、世界各地の文化が流入し、独自の発展を遂げてきたグアム。その反面失われつつある古代文化を後世に伝えるため、グアムでは3月が「チャモロマンス」に制定されており、イベントや行事体験を通してチャモロの心に触れることができます。
　
「ホテル・ニッコー・グアム」では、通年でチャモロ文化に浸るひとときをお楽しみいただけます。ココナツの葉を織り込んでブレスレットなどを作れるウィービングや、チャモロダンスのレッスンなど、豊富なアクティビティをご用意。来たるチャモロマンスにはカラバオ（水牛）ライドや砂浜で行うタヤラ（投げ網漁）体験など、特別なプログラムの開催も予定しています。ディナーには迫力あるファイヤーダンスを鑑賞しながら食事が楽しめるサンセットビーチバーベキューもおすすめです。

The 1521 arrival of legendary Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan marked the start of Guam’s influence from countries worldwide and a remarkable evolution into its modern-day existence. This development is today paired with efforts to preserve the region’s ancient heritage for future generations. Against such a background, March is designated as CHamoru Month, with special events and cultural experiences promoting connections with the spirit of the CHamoru people.
　
In keeping with this concept, @hotelnikkoguam offers year-round activities highlighting CHamoru culture, including workshops on weaving using coconut leaves, and CHamoru dance lessons. Additional activities during CHamoru Month include water-buffalo rides and traditional net fishing from the sandy beach.
