・Please note that during this transition, the room type listed in your reservation may differ from the room names on our website or third-party booking platforms and name shown at check-in.
・We will be gradually changing the names on each website from January 6th, but there is a possibility that some products may display a mixture of old and new names.

Recently, there have been reports of power banks overheating, emitting smoke, or catching fire, both in Japan and abroad.To ensure a safe and secure stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following precautions when using power bank in your room:
・Please refrain from charging power banks when you are not in the room.
・While charging, please ensure the device remains in a visible location where you can monitor its condition at all times to prevent any potential issues.
・When charging a mobile device using a power bank, or when charging the battery itself using the in- room power outlets, please avoid placing it in the following areas: Near windows exposed to direct sunlight On flammable materials such as beds, sheets or curtains
・Do not use damaged, deformed, or abnormally hot power banks.
・Should any of the above situations be observed during housekeeping, our staff may move the battery to a safer location as a safety precaution.
