Okura Nikko Hotels Commission Statement

Okura Nikko Hotels (Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City) pay commission to approved travel agencies(IATA or TIDS registered) for all individual travel bookings made via OC and NK GDS codes and Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center, including our brand websites (okura-nikko.com, oneharmony.com). Okura Nikko Hotel’s commissions will be paid for each night at an eligible rate. All published rates such as Corporate, Rack, Weekend and packages available to the general public negotiated as commissionable by travel agents are commissionable.

Commission is not paid on most convention bookings, government rates that are net/non-commissionable, any internet-only rate programs and One Harmony Stay Awards and any other Gift Certificates. Taxes and gratuities are not commissionable. Commission inquiries must be submitted within 9 months of the guest departure.

Travel Agency Commission Settlement by Onyx CenterSource

Okura Nikko Hotels (Only hotels represents by OC and NK) has partnership with Onyx CenterSource (Formerly known as WPS), an industry leader in commission processing that provides travel agencies with consolidated payments that will help optimize their costs and have better control of their commission payments.
Our work by WPS processes commission payments to travel agencies worldwide efficiently for 80% of OC and NK codes Okura Nikko Hotels.

Exceptions/the hotels do not participate in the above Onyx CenterSourceO Onyx program:

An invoice must be submitted to the following hotels directly immediately after departure. Money cannot be sent without an invoice to each hotel directly. Travel agent must send an invoice dated on the day of the check out and addressed on the invoice. Please note that each hotel will take verification process of the bookings on your invoice and may not comply with the full amount of the invoice due to cancellation, amendment and old date of departure a hotel is unable to trace to check.
