Using Okinawa-produced wagyu and brand pork, the chef’s corner features dishes prepared right in front of you, perfect for a power boost for the day. A collection of delicious Okinawan items includes miso soup made with the local miso of Tamanaha miso shoyu, a purveyor to the Ryukyu dynasty royal family, and freshly baked buttery croissants are served several times by staff.
