Notes to earn miles
- A guest must be a member of KrisFlyer to earn miles.
- A guest must provide your valid KrisFlyer membership card or number at check-in. To earn miles, guest name must match the name registered to KrisFlyer.
- Only KrisFlyer miles can be earned per one qualifying stay.
- Airline miles can only be earned by one person per room per stay.
- A “stay” is defined as any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs.
- Even in case of booking several rooms with the same member’ s name, only miles for one room shall be credited.
- A guest must pay for and occupy the room in order to receive airline miles.
- Only “AIRLINE FFP DOUBLE MILES PROMOTION” rates are eligible for the double miles offer. Please be aware that it is not eligible to earn the double miles if stayed with any other rates.
- Miles will be credited only when hotel room charges are paid directly to the hotel.
- It may take about 2-3 months for the miles to be credited to your KrisFlyer account.
- Once KrisFlyer miles are credited to your account, they cannot be moved to another participating airline program account.
- Please securely keep the receipt issued by the hotel with your name until the KrisFlyer miles are credited to your account.

Any such changes may affect your ability to use the awards or mileage credits that you have accumulated.
