レストランフォンタナでは、人生の門出を迎える季節にふさわしい、お祝いをテーマにしたコース料理をご用意しています。

ディナーコース「プランタン・セレブラシオン」は、花束をイメージした華やかな前菜「魚介のマリネ花束仕立て」からスタート。魚料理は、サフラン香る白ワインソースで味わう「的鯛のムニエル」。肉料理には「牛フィレ肉のソテーカフェ・ド・パリバターをのせて」をご用意しました。

「シーズナルセレクトランチ～春の祝彩～」は、オードブル・スープ・デザートに加え、お好きなメインディッシュを選べる季節のランチ。ブーケのように彩り豊かな「スモークサーモントラウトとリコッタチーズのブーケサラダ仕立て」など、春らしい一皿をお楽しみいただけます。

どちらのコースも4月12日（日）までご用意。

The Printemps Célébration Dinner begins with a colorful Bouquet-style Seafood Marinade, carefully arranged to resemble a bunch of springtime flowers. This is followed by delicate Pan-seared John Dory Fish in Saffron White Wine Sauce, then Sautéed Beef Fillet topped with Café de Paris Butter.
There’s also the Seasonal Select Lunch, featuring an hors d’oeuvre, soup, a choice of four outstanding mains, and dessert. Options include springtime delicacies such as Smoked Salmon Trout and Ricotta Cheese, with all the vivid colors of a seasonal bouquet.

Lunch and dinner are both on the menu until April 12 for a memorable spring celebration with meticulously presented fine cuisine.

京都・岡崎の落ち着いた空気に包まれる『ホテルオークラ京都岡崎別邸』。
　
そのすぐ隣にある「真宗大谷派岡崎別院（東本願寺岡崎別院）」は、浄土真宗の開祖・親鸞聖人がかつて暮らしていたと伝わる草庵跡に創建され、今もその歴史を受け継ぐ寺院です。
　
本堂では、毎朝8:00より「晨朝（じんじょう）」が勤められ、ご宿泊のお客様も自由にご参加いただけます。
旅先で迎える朝、凛と澄んだ空気のなかで僧侶の読経と法話に耳を傾けながら、日常を少し離れて自身の心と静かに向き合う時間が流れます。
　
晨朝に参加されたあとは、別院西側にある庭園を散策し、必度橋を渡ってそのままホテルへ戻ることも。
岡崎ならではの穏やかな朝の余韻が、ゆるやかに続きます。
　
また、本堂の傍らにひっそりと佇む「鏡池」は、「姿見の池」とも呼ばれ、親鸞聖人が越後に向かう際、この池に自らの姿を映し、名残を惜しんだと伝わるゆかりの池です。

Just by the Hotel Okura Kyoto Okazaki Bettei in the peaceful environs of Kyoto, you’ll find Shinshu Otani-ha Okazaki Betsuin Temple. The structure stands on the old site of a hermitage said to have been home to Shinran Shonin (the founder of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism), and remains today as a testament to this rich history.

Guests from the hotel are warmly welcomed at the daily Jinjo morning service held in the temple’s main hall at 8 a.m. The sound of monks chanting and the Dharma’s words in the clear morning air there offer a divine chance for quiet thought away from the routine of daily life.

After the service, stroll back to the hotel through the garden to the west of the temple and across Hitsudo Bridge. The stillness and purity of this tranquil morning experience lingers as the new day gets underway. Just by the main hall you’ll see Kagami-ike, or Mirror Pond, where Shinran Shonin is said to have wistfully contemplated his reflection when he set out for Echigo in 1207.

Starting the morning here with prayers and quiet contemplation sets the tone for a peaceful, refreshing day.
