Notice on a smoking ban in all guestrooms (starting on April 1st, 2019)
Thank you for your continued support for JR tower hotel nikko sapporo. Starting from April 1st, 2019, smoking will be prohibited in all guestrooms of our hotel. Smoking zones will be available near the front entrance of the hotel on the ground floor (outdoors, available 24 hours a day), and in a smoking booth in the foyer on the restaurant floor (35th floor), which can be used during the restaurant’s business time. We understand how much of an inconvenience this may be for those of our guests who smoke tobacco, but we ask that you refrain from smoking (including e-cigarette or Heat-Not-Burn products etc.) in the guestrooms and corridors, using the aforementioned locations instead.
