『ホテルオークラ東京ベイ』のカフェレストランテラスでは、2月の6日間限定で「グラン・スイーツブッフェ～苺とショコラの饗宴～」を開催します。

甘酸っぱい苺と濃厚なチョコレート。2つの魅力が出合い、香りや味わいのコントラストを楽しめる、冬ならではのスイーツブッフェです。

フランスの伝統菓子「フレジェ」をはじめ、ラズベリーの酸味がアクセントの「ベルギー産チョコレートムース」、果実本来の美味しさを活かした「苺のタルト」など、苺とチョコレートをテーマにしたスイーツ＆パンを14種類以上ご用意しました。

さらに、出来立ての美味しさを楽しめるライブパフォーマンスも。苺やキャラメルを使用したソースを、冷たいバニラアイスにかけてお召し上がりいただく「苺のジュビレ」、ホテルオリジナルブレンドのチョコレートをまとわせた「パティシエの作るチョコバナナ」は、パティシエが目の前で仕上げます。

◇◆新春を彩る和食と干支パン／Fine Japanese cuisine & Zodiac bread for the New Year◆◇

『ホテルオークラ新潟』の和食「や彦」は、和食・鉄板焼・天ぷら・寿司をお楽しみいただけるレストラン。萬代橋や信濃川を望むお部屋のほか、掘りごたつ式の個室（3室）もございます。

1月は、「初空月（はつそらつき）御膳」と「初翠月（はつみどりつき）会席」をご用意しています。
昼の「初空月御膳」では、季節の口取りや国産牛のローストビーフ、真鯛の揚げ出し、うなぎのせいろ蒸しなどを。
夜の「初翠会席」では、祝い肴やお造り五種、イセエビの具足煮など、華やかな料理が並びます。

「や彦」でランチをお楽しみいただいた後は、毎年ご好評の干支パンをお土産にいかがでしょうか？
今年の干支「午」をモチーフにしたパンの中には、いちごクリーム、あんこ、チョコチップを詰め込みました。おみくじ付きで、運試しにもぴったりです。

ブッフェレストラン「つばき」テイクアウトコーナーにて、1月末までご用意しています。

The Yahiko Japanese Restaurant at the Hotel Okura Niigata serves a fine range of cuisine, including teppanyaki, tempura, and sushi, with outstanding views of Bandai Bridge and the Shinano River. There are also three private areas with sunken tables for an even more exclusive experience.

January’s lunchtime Hatsusoratsuki Gozen choice (a set meal with seasonal flavors and elegant presentation) incorporates delectable appetizers, roast beef, deep-fried sea bream in dashi broth, and steamed eel served in a bamboo basket.

The dinnertime Hatsumidori Kaiseki option (a traditional multi-course meal made with seasonal ingredients) presents a sophisticated array of celebratory dishes, including auspicious appetizers, five types of fresh sashimi, and simmered spiny lobster.

While you’re here, why not treat yourself to some of our popular annual-favorite Zodiac bread to take home in this, the Year of the Horse? It comes in delicious strawberry cream, sweet red bean paste and chocolate chip, and also includes a fortune slip for a little New Year’s luck. Pick up yours for takeout until the end of January at the hotel’s Tsubaki Buffet Restaurant.
