Notes to earn points
- A guest must be a member of Enrich to earn points.
- A guest must provide your valid Enrich membership card or number at check-in. To earn points, guest name must match the name registered to Enrich.
- Only Enrich points can be earned per one qualifying stay.
- Enrich Points can only be earned by one person per room per stay.
- A “stay” is defined as any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs.
- Even in case of booking several rooms with the same member’ s name, only points for one room shall be credited.
- A guest must pay for and occupy the room in order to receive airline points.
- Only “AIRLINE FFP DOUBLE MILES PROMOTION” rates are eligible for the dobule points offer. Please be aware that it is not eligible to earn the double points if stayed with any other rates.
- Enrich Points will be credited only when hotel room charges are paid directly to the hotel.
- It may take about 2-3 months for the points to be credited to your Enrich account.
- Once Enrich points are credited to your account, they cannot be moved to another participating airline program account.
- Please securely keep the receipt issued by the hotel with your name until Enrich points are credited to your account.
