◇◆ホテルの原点 “思いやりの心を世界へ” ◆◇

『ホテルオークラ神戸』では、ホテルの社会貢献活動「スマイルプロジェクト」の一環として、11月30日まで販売価格の一部をタンザニアの子どもたちの支援を目的に寄付する「りんごフェア」を開催中です。

長野県飯綱町でりんごを育てながら、祖国タンザニアの子どもたちを支援している小林フィデアさん。彼女の想いに共感し、「ホテルとしてできること」を模索する中で、フィデアさんのりんごを使ったスイーツを通じて多くのお客様に支援の輪を広げたい――そんな思いからこのフェアが誕生しました。自然に近い方法で大切に育てられたりんごの美味しさを味わっていただくことが、そのまま社会貢献へとつながります。

対象商品の販売価格（税抜）の10％（ランチコース・ディナーコースは100円）を、NPO法人「ムワンガザ・ファンデーション」に寄付し、フィデアさんの活動に役立てます。

11月は、毎年ご好評の丸いりんご型の「りんごムース」がカメリアテイクアウトコーナーに登場。オークラ伝統の「アップルパイ」や、りんごとさつま芋をアーモンドクリームとともに焼き上げたデニッシュ「ポム・オ・パタート」などもございます。

メインバーエメラルドでは、ミルクとヨーグルトリキュールで仕上げた白い「りんごスマイルカクテル」と、アルコールを使用していないりんごとクランベリージュースの赤い「りんごスマイルモクテル」もお楽しみいただけます。

アムステルダムの街並みを一望できる最上階23階のレストラン「CIEL BLEU」は、エグゼクティブシェフのアルヤン・スピールマン、シェフ・ド・キュイジーヌのマイク・クラッセン、マイトルのフランチェスコ・シモネッリのもと、今年もミシュラン二つ星を獲得し、2007年から18年連続の快挙となりました。
　
季節の移ろいを感じられる庭園を望む、日本料理「山里」は、総料理長の富川正則と料理長の萩森司のもと、50年以上にわたる会席料理の美を大切にしながら、一つ星を維持しました。
　
運河に面したテラス席や眺望が魅力のレストラン「SERRE」は、シェフ・ド・キュイジーヌのジョス・ファン・デル・ノルとそのチームの創意工夫が評価され、今年もビブグルマン（価格以上の満足感が得られるレストラン）に選出されました。

◇◆動物たちのクリスマス音楽会／Animals' Christmas Concert◆◇

2026年に開業25周年を迎える『オークラ千葉ホテル』では、12月7日（日）に金管五重奏「ズーラシアンブラス」のクリスマス音楽会を開催いたします。

「ズーラシアンブラス」は、クラシック音楽における“絵本のような存在”を目指して、2000年に誕生しました。親子やアマチュア演奏家を中心に幅広い支持を集め、現在では年間150本を超える公演を国内外で開催しています。ホッキョクグマやマレーバクなど演奏するメンバーはすべて絶滅が危惧されている希少動物で構成されています。今回は、金管五重奏に加えてパーカッションのドールとナマケモノも参加。個性豊かな動物たちによる金打七重奏で、ジングルベルや赤鼻のトナカイなどの音楽を元気いっぱいにお届けします。

この冬、『オークラ千葉ホテル』で、愉快な動物たちが奏でる心温まるクリスマス音楽会を、ぜひご家族でお楽しみください。

In the run-up to its 25th anniversary in 2026, the Okura Chiba Hotel is hosting a Christmas concert by the brass quintet Zoorasianbrass on Sunday, December 7th.

The group was founded in 2000 to bring a fun picture-book-type presence into classical music. Broad support from people of all ages and amateur musicians has led to a current schedule of over 150 domestic and international concerts a year. The ensemble consists entirely of musicians in costume representing endangered animals, including polar bears and Malayan tapirs. At this event, a sloth and an Asiatic wild dog on percussion will accompany a brass quintet to create a vibrant septet of unique animals delivering dynamic renditions of classics like Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Seeing these delightful animals play joyful, warm Christmas music at the Okura Chiba hotel promises to be a real treat for the whole family - book now to avoid disappointment!
