We offer a breakfast buffet with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Our most popular menu item is the egg dish, which is prepared right in front of you. In addition to the standard fried eggs and plain omelet, the Fukagawa-Don, a local dish of the Fukagawa area with clams and eggs boiled in miso and topped with rice, and the hotel’s original “Fukagawa omelet”, also using clams are also popular.
Fresh eggs from the farmers in Akishima City, named ‘Umakute tama-ran’ are popular for its rich taste. The eggs are used in breakfast dishes and also simply eaten as the Onsen tamago (Japanese style poached eggs) with rice. Please enjoy the elegant breakfast in our open-kitchen restaurant facing the hotel garden.
Just like Chiba Prefecture’s slogan “locally grown and consumed”, we offer a salad bar with an abundance of fresh vegetables and more than 50 different dishes, including locally produced rice. Niigata is known for rice, especially the Koshihikari. We offer two kinds of Koshihikari rice for breakfast: Uonuma Koshihikari and Tokamachi Tanada Rice. Please enjoy the comparison while enjoying other Niigata’s local dishes. Okura’s signature omelet and French toast made with eggs from Niigata’s leading poultry farms are also popular. We offer a variety of specialty dishes, as well as local gourmet food. Okura’s traditional French toast is made with homemade bread, slowly baked at a low temperature and has been a favorite of our guests for many years. The chef prepares your omelet right in front of you, we recommend topping off with “Kobe Nagata specialty Bokkake (a salty-sweet dish in which thin strips of beef are cooked together with konjac)” or “Awaji Island boiled whitebait”. Please experience other local dishes, such as “croquette(mashed potatoes with minced Kobe beef battered and deep-fried)” and “Akashi yaki (pan-fried balls made from egg and soup stock)” as well.

Enjoy a wide variety of breakfast buffet at All Day Dining SHATOU, featuring over 40 Japanese and Western dishes. Our live kitchen offers freshly fried tempura or steak daily. We recommend our hot spring eggs, using rare red eggs from a local poultry farm in Tachikawa City. The beautiful orange yolk, which contains no synthetic coloring, has a rich and mellow taste with no peculiarities or odor. Please enjoy its delicious taste with homemade soup stock poured over.
The hotel’s breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Western and Japanese dishes, with more than 100 items. The chefs prepare dishes right in front of you at the performance kitchen, we offer freshly prepared dishes including freshly grilled hamburgers and omelets.
